Yes yes I am talking about Prince William. Royal Mint was responsible of making official commemorative coin to mark the engagement of Prince William & his fiancee Kate Middleton. 

The image engraved on the coin however sparks some stir because despite some resemblance to Prince William was visible, the lady in the coin look almost nothing like Kate ( and I second that notion.Seriously, it looked nothing like her,i tell you!)

somehow I think as the years goes by, Harry is becoming more of an ugly duckling transforming into a handsome swan, once dubbed the less attractive looking of them two (mum used to say William gets Lady Di's looks and Harry;well..gets Charles'). I mean, at only 28, William looks much older (honestly, he needs to do something about the hair.no pun intended.)

This photo was taken by my sister. DSLR capturing wajah penat gilos. HAHA!

i didn't think twice when i choose this one, not only coz it has me n him on it but because it was a reminder of how we survived an 8 days Tamu Gadang UMS challenge. why a challenge?well mum decide to open a stall selling food & drinks and supposedly, me & my sister were to monitor 2 helpers during the 8 days. coz Mum is still teaching. But the stress took a toll on bot helpers sanity they decided to quit halfway. We ended up doing everything ourselves, and I managed to convince mr.fiance to help out. We were at the stall as early as after subuh and only finish cleaning at almost 11pm. Home by 12am and the same thing went on for 5 days. Sister said were actually tired since day 1coz half of the time the 'helpers' just sit and watch us doing their work @_@

He (let's call him AbgMat ok ^_^) helped from morning to afternoon and had to leave us because he needs to be at the shop by 1pm. Then h came back around 9.30pm to help us clean up. Thanks for being such a sport,syg~

By the end of the 8days, we were like sotong kurita hilang arah HAHAHA..but then again, it was worth it. We managed to get more than we had expected.

day 8- your dream wedding

i can't really describe how exactly is my dream wedding.seriously. i would love to have all family and friends to be present, me looking like royale at my wedding (no matter how simple it might be) and everyone wishing us infinity happiness. oh and the food's great & the ambience at its best lah ^_^

day 7- a picture of you last 2 years & now,and how u changed since then

this was taken on the 6th day of Aidil Fitri 2008 when a couple of people decided to go mountain climbing so i was elected chaufeur-in-charge (dpt makan megi & kepsi..ok lah haha). back then. hair was shorter, size was smaller HAHAHA.

this was taken on the 2nd day of Aidil Fitri 2010. nah harus letak gambar with someone blocking my whole image. no hair shown but hair was longer, and size is wider BAHAHAHA.


maybe if i cut my hair shorter, i'll get that smaller size back..huh?

day 6- your celebrity crush

boleh? 

see, I have not been a faithful Korean drama/movies/celebs fan since, well, since people started doing so. I was once a 'Japanese'.haha.perasan! Abby my bestie was the one responsible for introducing me to this phenomenon. She decided to lend me Full House! I mean, Rain and  Song Hye Kyo definitely put an enchantment on me. haha.alasan! So Abby keep on feeding me with CDs and more info on K-Pop. And so I was hooked. Our paths T-Junctioned (HAHAHA.again,perasan di situ!) when I found myself watching Ma-i-Geol (My Girl la bah tu kan). 

I was melted like a birthday cake candle! (boleh begitu perumpamaan?hahahaha) Lee Dong Wok's character of Gong Chan[oppa] was like thousands of pelurus strucking my already weak heart (bahahaha.tolong jgn muntah hijau).

Well, I am on slow speed limits when it comes to KPops,JPops these days but still liking it lah. I last watched Lee in THE PERFECT COUPLE. very funny movie.^_^

P.S: i finished watching My Girl in TWO friggin' days! yikes..

day 5- when was the last time you did something for the 1st time

You learn something every day if you pay attention

yes. the last time I did something new for the 1st time is to learn how to use a DSLR about 4 months ago. Still learning, still in novice mode. But I am getting there.babysteps, but determined.

day 4- idea of a perfect date

My day 3 was actually on the 12th, but i only managed to post my draft mere minutes after 12am so it says there '13th'.. but 13th is actually my perfect date day.. (please refer to this entry).

(i dont really know when and how we can make it happen with our queer schedules, 

but this is my perfect date..^_^)

How was your weekend? How's the weather over at your place? It's been raining cats & dogs here,with some moments when the sun decisively peek through the heavy clouds and managed to burn my skin nonetheless..

#1 I DON'T HAVE A REALLY GOOD MEMORY. sigh. 


#2 I STARTED READING AT A VERY EARLY AGE OF 2. i enjoy lying on newspapers reading short articles. so, books are my prime interest.


#3 MY FAVORITE COLOR IS PURPLE. but i love pink too. though mum say i looked like someone who likes red or blue. crash of identity?toink!


#4 I ACTUALLY CRAVE MORE THOSE RAMLY BURGER COMPARED TO MCD. i get bored with McD eassiilly but not with them ramlys. haha.


#5 I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM. not that i enjoy pools and beaches ( though i love long walks at nice beaches)


#6 I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RIDE A BIKE. sedih kan? HAHA. i am soon to be married (InsyaAllah.doakan saya ya ^_^) to someone who does so maybe I'll get some free lessons LOl


#7 I DON'T DO ANY MUSICAL INSTRUMENT. though i always gave the impression that i do guitars and piano. i NEVER say i do. they just assume. wonder why. (did i mentioned i like writing songs but i don't so music notes?HAHA)


#8 I HAVE WEIGHT ISSUES EVER SINCE I LEFT COLLEGE AFTER FINISHING DIPLOMA. i used to be a 'healthy' baby but gradually when i grew up, weight was not an issue. only when i stopped sports and started working the blobs came attacking. I last weigh in @ 73kg.sad!


#9 I AM A BIG FAN OF MY MOBILE PHONE. need i say more? ihihi


#10 I ENJOY COOKING MORE THAN DOING THE DISH. must make sure future hubby enjoys dishwashing. huhu.


#11 I AM AN ASPIRING AUTHOR. i once wrote a whole story of hundreds of pages. i lost my sole copy of the manuscript and had writer;s block ever since. but i am working on a secret project now. slow but steady win the race (?)


#12 I RECENTLY TOOK INTEREST IN PHOTOGRAPHY. and bought myself a Canon DSLR. i am still a novice and still hadnt got much time to learn. ^_^ (these days almost everywhere we go we see people with camera,yes?could be the FB effect hihi)

i couldn't sleep. i am worried sick that B is not recovering from his hot fever and he insisted he doesn't want to go to clinic.Well...get well soon,mister.plz.

on another note, mum received a rather disturbing phone call from a family friend earlier when we (well, ok only dad & sister was really focusing) were watching the News. apprently last Monday, one of the house two 'lorong's  away from us was intruded by FOUR man armed with sharp objects demanding for...SEX! the father offered all the precious belongings but they insisted that is NOT what they came there for. mum said there were a commotion, someone got hurt quite badly  (they're armed,remember? T_T)but eventually someone in the house managed to reach to the police. 


more details are yet to be obtained from fellow neighbours but even the vague ones are scaring the heck outta me. I mean, when was the last time anyone can really feel safe in the vicinity of their own home? minutes before the phone call, we were watching a bloody scene on the news;a case of a man ran amok. suami isteri di tetak tapi alhamdulillah selamat.but the wounds and bruises and blood,i tell you ah.T_T 


Mum used to remind me ' Jangan takut dalam rumah sendiri." somehow the bravery mentally shields your home from evil things/doers. but how to?

But this piece of information shook me way beyond my limit. I prayed and prayed silently, nothing like that will happened again,ever.not to anyone here in our neighborhood. Ya Allah, such a thing is too much to take. T_T

What scared me more was, that me and sister ALMOST went to the house to check out on of the empty lot on that lorong, right after we made a quick stop to the playground to swing a bit (we are suckers for swings.not sure we still are are after this). sister loves to check out the houses on that lorong and suggested that we do so. it was drizzling and getting very dark, so I suggested otherwise. 


(wonder if it could make a difference if we were around and seen something wrong and could've alarmed the police earlier?or could've made it worse?oh my.i cant think!)

I am still a bit disturbed now, The slightest sound i heard, i flinched.sigh. Please help and pray for our safety. i will do you too.
