KOOTIKOOTI, BEARBRICKS..TO NAME A FEW!

home-made coconut pudding anyone?^_^

some people collect books, cars(miniatures; or if you are really well-off, the real ones!), chinas, stamps(ada lagi ka orang kumpul setem, kumpul postcards ada lah**winking at ilyani),old coins, swords, collectible CDs, limited editions..but B go for more quirky (quirky ker?hihi.at least to me lah) stuffs..

meet Kicks, DeBOMB and Homer, three of his Be@rbrick

note:
Be@rbrick is a collectible toy designed and produced by the Japanese company MediCom Toy Incorporated. The name is derived from the fact that the figure is a cartoon-style representation of a bear, and that it is a variation of MediCom's Kubrickat sign in the place of the letter a is a visual device that is a part of the Be@rbrick brand, and as such, a trademark of MediCom Toy. design. The
The figure is an anthropomorphized bear with an extremely simplified form and a pot belly. Each plastic figure features nine parts (widely referred to as tools in the toy industry): head, torso, hips, arms, hands, and legs; These nine tools allow eight points of articulation: swivel head, swivel waist, ball joint arms, swivel wrists, and ball joint legs.

his KootiKootis

note:

Kootikooti is the Malay slang term for the game called "erasers" (or "kesi-pin"). The literal meaning is 'to nudge with the fingers'.he game is played with erasers, popsicle sticks, bottle caps, plastic animals, and any other objects. They are referred to as play-pieces.The object of the game is to take turns flipping or nudging the play-pieces in order to "land" on top of one's opponents' piece to "pin" it (the wrestling term by which the player who is pinned loses the match). In Japan, the same phenomena is called Keshi-pin.

there are a lot MORE stuffs at his place, these are just some who happened to crash by my place and find solitude here. haha. He loves buying weird stuffs, some I don't even unerstand the reason behind it's existence! I bet when it's time for us to move into the new crib, we need to get him one special spot somewhere to mount some shelves for his 'priceless belongings'. (and lotsa bookshelves for me!!)

he plans to get his hands on this, too but i objected!

besar tak ingat,kan?!

everytime I ask why u want to buy/collect this, his 'selamba' answer will be
"unique, bah."

and laugh his 'apalah u ni' kinda laugh.
and walks to the counter to pay.

hmm.

rumah baru bakal jadi museum of the quirks, i guess.hoho.
oh tidaks!

hmm.

wiring is done at new crib.hey hey yippie hey.Nadya, kita pindah June la,maciam?!hihi
